While these strategies can still help keep a company in the black, my personal experiences have taught me that today's enterprises are more likely to find success in the long-term by establishing partnerships and alliances with complementary innovators and suppliers, rather than

attempting to forge ahead alone.

Why Talented Staff Leave

Leadership is being severely challenged. The make-up of the workforce has changed dramatically. The majority of the workforce is not engaged.

However, the focus of my attention today is the failure to retain talented employees. It is said “people leave their managers not their jobs”.

They just can’t take it anymore.
